No, the booking amount only includes the renting amount and is inclusive of GST. However, sufficient fuel will be provided in case of brand-new scooters to reach the nearest petroleum. Please note that we will not be able to refund the amount of the extra fuel left over when you return back from the ride.

Yes, there is a limit on kilometers per 24 hours for all our bikes and scooters. The km limit is defined on our tariff page. Any extra km on a bike or scooter attracts a charge per km and it differs as per the city.

Firstly, your college ID card is mandatory. Then a driving license (only original Indian Driving License is applicable, we don’t accept learner licenses). Then lastly, your Original Aadhar card is required. In case your phone number is not updated in your Aadhar card, then you need to upload another proof like a PAN card or Passport. During the pickup, it is mandatory to carry your Original Aadhar card with you for verification purposes.

No, you can’t choose your own location. You will be given a point from where you need to pick up and return the vehicle as per the timings.

You need to be 18 years or above to be eligible to ride our vehicles on rent. Also, a driving license is a must.

If you want to cancel your advance before your booking timings, you need to inform us 6 hours before your booking. If you cancel it after your booking time, there will be a 20% deduction from your advance amount.

If you are returning the vehicle within 10 minutes of your time scheduled, there are no extra charges to be paid. But, in case you return after 10 minutes, you need to pay the charges applicable for 1 hour. For example, you booked a scooter and the return time is 3:00 pm. After 3:10 pm, if you come to return the vehicle, you need to pay an extra 60 rupees as a penalty.

We offer both scooters and bikes. If you want to ride an old scooter, the price is Rs.60/hour, and for bikes, the price is Rs.80/hour. In case you want to ride a brand-new scooter, then the price is Rs.80/hour.

No, you don’t need to pay online. On the day of your booking, you need to pay at the pickup point.

In the case of a brand-new scooter, we will fill the entire tank (till the petroleum) and give it for your ride. But, you need a fuel deposit of Rs.600 as per the rates. For example, If you have booked an old scooter worth Rs.60, the total fuel price is Rs.600. So, we will fill the entire tank and you need to pay the same amount as you pick the vehicle. When you return from the ride, you need to refuel it (whatever you used) on your own. Once you return and hand over it, we will refund your Rs.600.

In case of any situation, if you fail to refuel you will not get the fuel deposit back immediately. It shall be processed within 24 to 48 hours.

In such a case, you need to call and inform us about the tragedy. After informing us, you can visit the nearest garage and get the issues resolved. Once fixed, you need to send us the bill and we will make the payment. (Note: Without informing us about the issue and the bill, we won’t be able to make the payment).
